What We Offer
Our program, shaped by the Early Years Learning Framework, helps children develop the essential skills and dispositions for lifelong learning—like curiosity, creativity, persistence, and imagination. We value each child as capable and unique, and we’re here to support them in building a strong foundation for the future.
Our Philosophy

Our passionate educators create a safe and inclusive environment where children are respected, heard, and supported every step of the way. We work in close partnership with families and the community to celebrate each child’s individuality and potential.
Preschool Committee
Our committee is made up of dedicated volunteer parents and community members who support the running of Old Bar Community Preschool. Working alongside the Director and staff, the committee helps guide decisions, meet governance requirements, and strengthen our preschool through fundraising and family representation. As a community-based service, this shared involvement helps keep our preschool strong, welcoming, and thriving.
