Today and every day, we stand alongside community preschools across NSW as part of the Start Strong, Pay Fair campaign.

We love what we do guiding, supporting, and nurturing children through the most important years of their lives. But love for the job isn’t enough. Early childhood education deserves respect, recognition, and fair pay.

Educators are leaving the sector because they simply can’t afford to stay. Families are feeling the impact. Children are missing out on the continuity and care they deserve.

We will not stay quiet while our sector continues to be undervalued. We will keep advocating for our colleagues, our profession, our children, and our future.

Fair pay isn’t just about wages.

It’s about quality education, workforce stability, and the future of our communities.
